Emissionless Well Unloading - an industry first with ZEVAC

This week, the TPE team performed an industry first. In conjunction with our customer in Parachute, Colorado, we performed both a pig launcher drawdown - and a liquids unloading of a gas well without venting methane. By depressurizing the pig launcher, and by raising the well plunger without releasing methane - ZEVAC helped the operator prove how they can continue to perform operational activities while maintaining compliance with existing and future emissions regulations. We had a great turnout for interested folks who came to see this cutting edge operation, thanks everyone who braved the cold to see ZEVAC in action at the wellhead.
